Wrong way

The "fahrenkarte" told me to take the train from the airport to Düsseldorf-somethingorother, and then take S6 to Essen on platform 2. So I did. Except 30 minutes later I realized that I was almost in Köln, quite a good distance AWAY from Essen.

Some helpful signs about what direction the train was going would've been appreciated. I was stressing a bit because we had to pick up the Plymouth and go get it aligned, and that was at 10:30. Luckily N. had already picked it up and was waiting for me at the Hbf (station) for me when I arrived at 10:18.

The alignment didn't happen, despite visiting three different service stations, because the machines will not allow for the cars where the fenders come down over the wheel. Old American Iron can be hard to work on/get worked on around here.


Lots of catching up until about 10pm where we started to get ready to go out...
