Some nasty memory leaks in IIS after installing Exchange 2000 ServicePack 3 caused the server to go down more than a $20 whore. Since I had aquired a new server I decided it was the right time to migrate, so yesterday was the day. All services were down for the day and I just put the webpage back up (everyting else came up last night)
