TTI (http://www.ttiexhaust.com) contacted me about testing their new C-Body headers and pipes on my car. Naturally I said yes and took my car to their facility in Corona, CA. The car stayed for about 3 weeks while they ironed out the fit. My engine appeared to be slightly more offset to the right (passengerside) than other cars they tried so the torsionbar was too close for comfort. A slight bend in a headerpipe took care of that and will ensure more clearance in future installs
While my car was there, the transmission dipstick tube decided to spring a leak and dump 5 quarts of oil on their floor. Oops. A new seal was installed shortly after I bought the car home and that was that.

My car was the third one they tested this on and I opted for the headers with the outside ceramic coated and the inside JetHot coated to keep enginebay temps down, then 2.5" pipes all the way back to the bumper with a crossover underneath and dynojet mufflers. The car sounds perfect with a gentle rumble during normal driving and a mean growl when I get on the gas hard.
They hung the system very well with rubber insulators bolted to the frame so there's no resonance in the car at all.
End result is that now there are complete systems for Mopar C bodies avaliable to the public.

SpringFling, the large Mopar-only show in Van Nuys, CA was last weekend. I got some pictures of interesting vehilces but not by far all or even most of them. I focused mainly on C-Bodies and some other oddities and cool trucks.

This motorcycle slider was built by Robert on the GTS list. he sent me an email with an outline of how he built it along with a couple of pictures.
